Semi-Solo Remote Programming

This is the perfect option if you have accumulated previous experience with basic exercises and/or have access to a gym setting (including an equipped home gym). Billed on a month-to-month basis, and you can cancel at any time.

Important note: These workouts are truly personalized, so we always start with a conversation about your goals, interests, injury history, and access to equipment.

One workout per week — $195/month

Two workouts per week — $225/month

Three or more workouts per week — $255/month

Remote Programming with Office Hours

This program is tailor-made for beginning a brand new training regimen or for getting back into one after a long layoff.

One workout per week with one 30-minute Zoom session per month. This plan allows for your coach to see you move via Zoom and to have more interaction throughout each programming cycle. —$250/month

Two workouts per week with one 60-minute Zoom call or two 30-minute Zoom calls. Bi-weekly text/email checkins for programming questions, video analysis, feedback, and accountability. —$300/month

Three workouts (or more) per week with one 60-minute Zoom call or two 30-minute Zoom calls, one 30-60 minute phone call for additional coaching and support, and unlimited text/email correspondence for programming questions, video analysis, feedback, and accountability. —$350/month

Remote Video Personal Training and Yoga

This training and yoga option includes all of the support you would get through remote programming, but you’ll train or practice in front of your coach or teacher as if you were in our Dayton, Ohio studio.

Home Workout Solutions — No Equipment

We put together a series of YouTube videos designed to help people who are working out at home during the global pandemic. These exercises don’t require equipment (or minimal equipment, like a single dumbbell), and each video includes coaching cues.
