Jason is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who has trained clients in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and in his native Dayton, Ohio. He also is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as a United States Weightlifting Level One coach. Jason is a member of the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science (IADMS) whose training interests include developing systematic approaches for enhancing dancer performance and injury prevention strategies rooted in strength and conditioning best practices. Susan is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who specializes in helping dancers refine their warmup and injury prevention routines to better incorporate modern best practices and efficiency. Anna Shearer

Anna combines hundreds of hours of yoga training and teaching with a strength and conditioning approach to movement. A NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms), and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Anna is an expert at helping dancers develop mobility without sacrificing strength.
