We developed #theworkbeforethework to help teach people how to move their bodies—for maintenance, for strength, and for longevity. The work before the work is the stuff you do to get ready to move well sustainably.

What you get:

  • 4 days/week of 20 minute workouts

  • New workouts every month

  • Option to repeat months at your request

  • Workouts delivered through phone app for easy access

  • Option to join a team with your friends to share encouragement as you go
