Jason is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who has trained clients in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and in his native Dayton, Ohio. He also is a Certified Personal Trainer and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as a United States Weightlifting Level One coach and Precision Nutrition Level One coach. Jason is a member of the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science (IADMS) whose research and training interests include developing systematic approaches for enhancing dancer performance and injury prevention strategies rooted in strength and conditioning best practices. Susan is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, as well as a Precision Nutrition Level Two coach, who brings an engineer’s precision approach to helping clients and dancers find neutral postures from which maximum performance and longterm health can be achieved. Anna combines hundreds of hours of yoga training and teaching with a strength and conditioning approach to movement, breath, and intention. She is adept at teaching longterm yoga students how to think about their practice in the context of other fitness modalities, like strength training, as well as introducing brand new students to the mat in a safe, encouraging, and scaffolded way. Anna’s individualized approach to yoga has helped dancers, athletes, and entrepreneurs alike develop safe and effective practices that are translatable to larger studios and home practices.
